What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 03:00 PM. Check-out is required by 12:00 PM. Requesting early check-in or late check-out can be arranged with our guest relations desk in advance, subject to suite availability.

Do you offer complimentary airport shuttle services?

Yes, we provide complimentary luxury private chauffeur shuttle services direct from the airport terminal to our resort lobby for all suite and villa bookings. Kindly mention your flight number in the Special Requests field.

Is breakfast included in the booking rates?

Yes, all room bookings include access to our gourmet Michelin-star breakfast buffet served daily at the main dining room from 07:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

What is your booking cancellation policy?

Reservations can be modified or cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made inside the 48-hour window will incur a charge equal to the first night's rate.
